the kite rider is a great book it has lots of cool history in this fictional story. the kid makes kites and rides them that seems impossible; but is it?everybody calls him pheonix or sunswallow because he flies. everybody is astonished when they see him and he makes the money for him and his family. but he travels so he has to send the money and when he sends it it gates gambled away by his uncle bo.
